A graduate of Economics, Dr. Zeb holds an MBA and Ph.D. in Management Science P.G. Diploma in HR and M.A. in Psychology. A Professional Member of and Dean for Social Development of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Sciences (ISABS, Appreciative Inquiry, Emotional Intelligence and International Future Search Network, he has trained, facilitated and mentored more than 10050 NGO employees, 28,250 teachers/students and 5350 corporate executives for the last 13 years. Dr. Zeb is among the select faculty for the programme of Exploration into Role and Identity (ERI) for final year MBA students of the prestigious IIM-A. An executive coach. He has presented papers at several national and international conferences and seminars.
