Shankar Subramanian

Shankar Subramanian is an experienced trainer with more than 17 years of experience in the service industry and corporate training. He is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Ninedots. Ninedots specializes in Innovation consulting and training on creativity and Lateral thinking.

Shankar is on the advisory committee of various organizations and NGO's and them resolve their business concerns. Shankar is a Certified Instructor of de Bono's Six Thinking Hats and Lateral Thinking. Shankar is a passionate trainer and his training programs have a lasting impact on participants who attend his sessions. Shankar's programs are interactive with a balanced mix of humor and Shankar is an avid photographer and has exhibited his pictures in various galleries in India . Shankar believes that by helping individuals realize their potential and equipping them with critical business skills he contributes to the overall success of the Organization.

Anand Santhanam

Anand Santhanam has been involved in training over the past ten years . He has a passion for training and has trained over 100 trainers over the years who have been successfully training since. He was the Regional Manager Training for ING Vysya Insurance in his previous responsibility.

Anand is a "Coach In Training" from the Results Coaching System and is keen in teaching leadership skills that he practices in his own business. He has developed unique leadership programs to suit the Indian culture for both first time managers and also senior Managers. His programs have received rave reviews from the corporate that he trains.

Anand has also developed an effective program on Goal setting and time management that is extremely popular with the Corporate.

Anand is an avid cricketer and manages his own business apart form training.

Dr. Zeb

A graduate of Economics, Dr. Zeb holds an MBA and Ph.D. in Management Science P.G. Diploma in HR and M.A. in Psychology. A Professional Member of and Dean for Social Development of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences (ISABS, Appreciative Inquiry, Emotional Intelligence and International Future Search Network, he has trained, facilitated and mentored more than 10050 NGO employees, 28,250 teachers/students and 5350 corporate executives for the last 13 years. Dr. Zeb is among the select faculty for the program of Exploration into Role and Identity (ERI) for final year MBA students of the prestigious IIM-A.

An executive coach Dr. Zeb has a unique personality that can only be exemplified through experience. He has an amazing charisma, mesmerism, empathy and intense concern for the personally, socially and economically marginalized. He has been in the field of dealing and relating with people of different status for over a decade and half and keeps making meaning to them. Dr. Zeb is a strong speaker, writer and good human being. Bhavana Dubey

Bhawana Dubey is a senior consultant and comes with 16+ years of experience, 9 years being into corporate training and consulting .Bhawana has facilitated more than 700 behavioural Training workshops - across the industries, across the topics. Her expertise is developing, designing and delivering training programs for clients based on client briefing & TNA (Training Needs Analysis).

Some of her key strengths include, Designing the Learning & Development strategy in line with the organization’s goals, to evaluating training effectiveness.
She has handled projects starting with a detailed Learning need analysis to design, delivery of intervention and mapping of results. Highly interactive and energy generating workshop which has been appreciated by participants
and belives in inculcate learning through fun activities.

Prior to Joining Ninedots she was associated with ITC Welcome group, Bureau of immigration, Fidelity International, Infosys and Accord Consultant Pvt Ltd.

John Philip

An Engineering Graduate, Philip brings in 19 years of experience of which he has spent over 12 years in the Sales and Marketing sector, 5years, in Training and Key Account Management. He began his career in Industrial manufacturing and operations before moving on to pursue work in the field of Sales and marketing. He specializes in techniques of Transaction Analysis and Key account management. Quality is a way of life for him having undergone Green belt training in Six Sigma Quality.

Reading, trekking in the wilderness of the western ghat and forests in south India are his passions. Incidentally he incorporates lessons learned from nature in his programs.

Prior to Joining Ninedots he was associated with Tools engineering Company, General electric, American express bank, Bank Muscat and ABN Amro bank in the senior Management cadre.

Sameer Siddanti

Certified PMP® and with over a decade of IT experience. He is also a certified Software Project Manager. He has worked as a part of BPM group and is conversant with Six Sigma methodologies. He has conducted many trainings in various topics related to project management and has mentored many professionals in getting PMP.

He has experience working into the roles ranging from Project Management to Product Management for software products. He is passionate about software usability and accessibility (508 Compliancy).

He was instrumental in development of a software product that provided context sensitive tacit knowledge assistance for SAP, ORACLE, PeopleSoft, Salesforce and many Microsoft products.He was responsible for the development of a e-Learing product “epiLearn” that has won the Brandonhall award for innovation.
